How do I create guest preferences, such as seating preferences?

Guest preferences can be configured on our website with the steps below:

1. Go to https://app.waitly.com and sign In with your Waitly account.

2. Select 'Settings' from the menu in the upper right corner. Then select 'Categories' from the left-side menu.

3. Click 'Add Category.'

4. Add up to 12 categories.

5. These Categories will now show up when adding a guest to the waitlist from the iPad, as well as on the customer self check-in form.
