How do I update my payment method?

If you signed up on our website, you can manage your payment methods by signing in at https://app.waitly.com


Once you've signed in:


1. Click the menu in the upper right corner and select 'Profile.'

2. From there, you should see a 'Subscription Details' section, Click the 'Manage Subscription' button.



3. This will take you to your subscription screen, where you can update your plan, add a new payment method, or cancel your plan.



NOTE: If you signed up through Apple iTunes subscriptions, you'll need to manage your payment methods through your Apple device. More information is available here.
